Rippleffect discusses retail engagement strategies
As part of its retail review marketing and media magazine The Drum invited Ben Hatton, Rippleffect MD, to share his views on customer engagement in retail.
Topics being discussed have so far included how retail brands should prepare for Christmas as well as how to implement personalisation and customisation into retail strategies. The articles form part of a wider supplement, which appears in the current printed issue of the magazine.

In the articles released so far, Ben advocates the significance of placing multichannel marketing, focusing in particular on the in-store and online experience, at the core of any retail strategy. He says the two must match up for the good of the customer experience, especially with click-and-collect becoming increasingly popular.
Next month Rippleffect will join Sitecore for an upcoming BrandRepublic Insight webinar, revisiting our highly successful presentation from The Drum’s Digital Sessions earlier this year.
