Rippleffect earns DADI and MiAwards nominations
We’ve been shortlisted for Digital Agency of the Year at the DADIs among some of the industry’s biggest names; while Ben Hatton, the agency’s MD, has been nominated for Managing Director of the Year at the MiAwards.
The DADIs reward innovation, effectiveness and tangible results. For us, this is fantastic recognition of another a successful year, which has seen us launch high-profile campaigns for our longstanding clients as well as forging relationships with exciting new clients.
It also marks our second nomination at the DADIs, having been shortlisted in the Best Use of Paid Search category for our work on behalf of Transglobal Express. The winners of both categories are due to be announced at a ceremony on Thursday 8 November at the Emirates Stadium in London.
‘Highly respected digital agency’
Meanwhile, Ben is one of eight nominees in the MiAwards’ managing director category, which will be determined by an industry vote between now and Thursday 25 October.
This follows his inclusion in top 10 of The Drum’s Power 100, which ranks the most influential people in the marketing services industry outside the M25.
On citing the reasons for his MiAwards nomination, The Drum said that Rippleffect continues to be “a highly respected digital agency that has continued to add impressive clients to its clients list over the year. The magazine also referenced Ben’s expanding role within Trinity Mirror, as he supports the growth of the group’s digital operations by helping to identify opportunities for acquisition.
Once again, we will be represented in two categories; the second for our award-winning ‘Stand Together’ campaign for Everton, which is competing for Best Social Media Strategy/Campaign against the likes of Samsung, Uefa and Skype.
The MiAwards ceremony will take place at the Mecure Hotel in Manchester on Thursday 15 November.
We’ll be keeping everything crossed for success at these two fantastic events.
