The site houses video content, podcasts, blogs, the club shop and third-party mobile content, as well as information about players, upcoming fixtures and the latest match reports. We delivered this by integrating the platform with the CIBER CRM system, creating a closed-loop approach to marketing, and incorporating designs produced by the club’s in-house team.
The site has a strong commercial element too, with promotional space for advertising and sponsorship throughout the content and frequent encouragements to buy club merchandise online. Key successes include:
