To help fashion retailer Klass supplement its offline offering of 22 standalone stores and 150 concessions, we developed an engaging e-commerce platform to make shopping easier and inspire customers to make purchases and share their experiences with others.

This involved a complete streamlining of the buying process. Each product now has its own dedicated page that features simple tools for selecting the right size and colour, links to recently-viewed items and an intuitive image zoom. This is complemented by secure online payment, email sign-up and links to an informative and incentive-based Facebook presence.

The website also benefits from a comprehensive back-end order management system and integration with the existing Midas stock system. Since launch, it has markedly increased both data capture and the traffic being generated through search engines.
