This user-friendly website was built and designed with members of the organisation at the heart, incorporating extensive information about the Chamber and a host of features available via login.
An online photo gallery, RSS feeds and email newsletters were all included to keep members informed with the latest news and upcoming events. Meanwhile, frequent calls to action to join online and an extensive, fully searchable, members' directory are important features of the site.
To ensure the site is more than just a digital brochure, a secure Members' Area allows users to manage their company profile and access fact sheets, forums, free business advice from industry experts and find and contact other Chamber members online.
We also reduced administration for the Chamber's staff by integrating the existing CRM system Corsair to ensure the organisation could support its members online and make an ongoing contribution to businesses in Liverpool.
