Brief
The site needed to be more profitable for Beauty Bay and raise their profile in the marketplace, while having a design which accommodated the growing demands for its expanding range of hair and beauty products.
Results
Rippleffect developed a bespoke, commercially successful e-commerce facility which incorporates easy-to-use order management systems for the client. The site includes a variety of features designed to enhance the customer experience and encourage people to purchase frequently; for example, before placing an order customers can see if the product is out of stock and how long it will take for stock to be ordered and delivered. Similarly, once the order has been dispatched customers are notified by email to give them an indication of when it will arrive.
Featured products and special offers are heavily promoted throughout the site, helping to increase the number of sales and the value of the average purchase, whilst users can quickly and seamlessly switch between the male/female beauty products on sale.
