Brief
The existing website required a complete redevelopment with the integration of the group's subsidiary companies into the main City Residential brand. As well as developing a content management system, full integration with the company property software was required.
Results
Rippleffect developed an accessible, stylish and professional website that integrates the various strands of the business whilst allowing the user to quickly navigate through the services on offer. An extensive searchable property database has been allied with the Google Maps software to provide an informative and visually compelling interface. Importantly, City Residential staff have been given full control over the website content, enabling them to edit the whole website and publish new property details through a specifically designed CMS quickly and easily, as their requirements demanded.
The company now has an effective online marketing tool, with the option to send daily emails to potential clients and, with the implementation of a successful search engine optimisation campaign, City Residential has markedly increased the prominence of its brand and exploited the internet's considerable potential with a strong online presence.
